Elizabeth Moyo is the Founder and Managing Director of Prestige Human Development Consulting (PHDC), a leadership development and organizational performance consultancy dedicated to helping organizations build leadership capability, strengthen culture, improve performance, and successfully navigate change.
Prior to founding PHDC, Elizabeth served as CEO of FNB Public Sector Banking, where she led a national business serving government institutions and public sector clients. She also worked with McKinsey & Company as a Senior Client Development Advisor, supporting senior executives and leadership teams on strategic growth and transformation initiatives.
Drawing on more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience, Elizabeth has worked with executives, leadership teams, public sector institutions, and large organizations across a range of industries. Her ability to connect strategic objectives with leadership capability development enables clients to translate vision into execution and potential into performance.
Elizabeth is an ICAgile Certified Enterprise Agile Coach (ICP-ENT), Coaching Agile Transformations (ICP-CAT), and Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) practitioner — strengthening her expertise in organizational transformation, culture change, and leadership effectiveness.
